Regarding the Heat Exchange Coefficient, the calculation is correct because this coefficient doesn’t depend only from Partial Exchange Coefficients, but also from External/Internal Surface Ratio and Finned Surface Efficiency.
The formula used is this:
A = 1/(Partial Exchange Coefficient Air Side * Finned Surface Efficiency)
B = (External/Internal Surface Ratio) / (Partial Exchange Coefficient Fluid Side)
K = 1 / (A+B)
Also the pressure drops are right because they don’t depend only the velocity but from many other factors (Reynolds Number, Coils Lenght, Friction factor, ecc…).
